According to reports from Jesse Rogers, both Kris Bryant and Albert Almora will participate in the Arizona Fall League All-Star game. The AFL All-Star game is scheduled for November 2 and the MLB Network will televise the game from Surprise Stadium. Kris Bryant is leading the AFL in both home runs and RBI. After nine games, Bryant is hitting .405/.452/.838 with four doubles, four home runs, four walks, two stolen bases, 13 RBI and a 1.290 OPS. Theo Epstein and Jed Hoyer have not named a manager yet but the Cubs created a lot of noise on the first day of the GM Meetings in Milwaukee. Aramis Ramirez's agent spoke his mind about Bob Brenly and said there is no chance Ramirez would re-sign with the Cubs. Cubs Interviewed DeMarlo Hale for Managerial Position

According to multiple reports Monday night, the Cubs interviewed DeMarlo Hale for their managerial position. The Cubs' brass did not meet face-to-face with Hale but conducted a phone interview with Hale. Theo Epstein is very familiar with DeMarlo Hale, who served as Terry Francona's bench coach over the last two seasons. Jed Hoyer conducted the phone interview, not Theo Epstein.
