Fifth round pick RHP Bailey Clark enters Cubs Top 30 Prospects list MLB Pipeline updated its Top 30 Cubs Prospects list for the second time since the midseason ranking of the best players in the system was released at the end of July. Baseball America released its midseason ranking of the top 10 prospects in the Cubs’ system. And there is no longer a clear No. 1 prospect in the organization.
