Report: Cubs Hire Andy Haines as Minor League Hitting Coordinator
The Cubs have not announced the Minor League managers, coaching staffs or coordinators. Those announcements should be made in the near future. According to a report from the New Orleans Advocate, Andy Haines has been hired to be the organization’s new Minor League Hitting Coordinator. Andy Haines, 38, would replace Anthony Iapoce, who left the organization to become the hitting coach for the Texas Rangers.
