The Cubs wrap up the regular season Sunday afternoon (2:10pm CDT) at Great American Ball Park. Kyle Hendricks takes on Reds’ right-hander Robert Stephenson in the season finale. Joe Maddon has Willson Contreras behind the plate for Hendricks and Jorge Soler returns to the lineup in left field.
Joe Maddon is expected to have his regulars in the game Sunday long enough for three to four at bats. Maddon wants to get players work before the extended break. Hendricks is expected to pitch only five innings today.
Jorge Soler is back in the starting lineup for the first time in eight days. Soler is dealing with a sore right side. Soler has taken batting practice for the last two days.

The Cubs bench will consist of Miguel Montero, David Ross, Tim Federowicz, Chris Coghlan, Tommy La Stella, Munenori Kawasaki, Matt Szczur, Albert Almora Jr. and Javier Baez at first pitch.
