David Ross reached a milestone Friday afternoon and scratched another personal goal of his baseball bucket list. Ross hit the 100th home run of his Major League career.
Ross launched a three-run homer off Phillies’ lefty Adam Morgan in the fourth inning. The ball hit off the Nuveen sign and onto Waveland. Ross’ three-run shot was a no doubter and the 100th longball of his career gave the Cubs a 5-1 lead.
