From the Wire … Chirinos Added to Cubs 40-man Roster … Adduci Outrighted

The Cubs announced two changes to their 40-man roster on Friday. Robinson Chirinos was selected from Double-A Tennessee and added to the team’s big league roster. Jim Adduci was outrighted to Triple-A Iowa and was removed from the 40-man roster, which currently stands at 37 players.
