Cubs Release Bako and Stanton…Hill Named Backup to Soto

Cubs Release Paul Bako and Mike Stanton According to a report from the Sun-Times, the Cubs released Paul Bako on Monday morning, along with veteran reliever Mike Stanton. With releasing Bako, Koyie Hill will serve as Geovany Soto’s backup.
