Strange Things are Afoot at the CCO

Stop! If you’re looking for ChicagoCubsOnline you are in the right place and if you’re not, well maybe you’ll stay around for a while and check us out. Welcome to the new and hopefully improved ChicagoCubsOnline, it’s the same CCO with a different look and a few new features.

Without boring you guys with too many details, this has been a long time coming. For the first time since 2008 and for only the third time in nearly eight years, the CCO has received a total overhaul.

There were not any changes in the basic function of the site. There will be more additions and subtractions in the coming days and weeks but the site as a whole should not be any different for our readers. The color of hyper-linked articles has changed from red to blue. So if you would like to read the full report that was used as a source, click on the blue text. We have kept Disqus as the commenting system and the old comments should sync up with the archived articles over the next 48-72 hours.

If anyone sees any errors or has any questions or problems with the new format, please do not hesitate to email [email protected]

I appreciate everyone’s patience during this change over. I really feel in the long run this is the best move for the site.

Eamus Catuli!
