Cubs Sign Kim Jin-Yeong

According to a report from Cubs.com, the Cubs inked 18-year old right-hander, Kim Jin-Yeong. The Korean high school pitcher's deal includes a $1.2 million signing bonus.

Kim Jin-Yeong reportedly has a 92 MPH fastball.

Not many details on the Duk-Soo High School product is available at this time.
