According to a report on Cubs.com, the first round of call-ups on Monday will include Micah Hoffpauir, Koyie Hill, Michael Wuertz and Casey McGehee. The Cubs will also activate Jon Lieber from the 15-day disabled list on Monday as well as Angel Guzman from the 60-day DL.
The Cubs will have to make three roster moves as well as clear space on the 40-man roster. On Sunday the Cubs 40-man roster stood at 38 but with calling up Koyie Hill and Casey McGehee that will take up the final two spots. In order to activate Angel Guzman another move will have to be made….
Updated – 8:34pm C.T. – Rich Hill Placed on the 15-Day DL
Updated – 11:30pm C.T. – Chad Fox Placed on the 60-Day DL Felix Pie will likely be recalled after the playoffs are completed for the I-Cubs. Another candidate would be Kevin Hart and reports have suggested the Cubs will not pull any players from Double-A which would rule out Jake Fox and Sam Fuld. Jason Dubois could also been another possibility, but unlikely…..it would require another roster move to add Dubois to the 40-man roster.

Update – 11:30pm C.T. – According to a report in the Chicago Tribune, Chad Fox was placed on the 60-Day DL. This move would clear room to make the addition of Koyie Hill or Casey McGehee possible or to have room on the 40-man roster to activate Angel Guzman.
